A different way to eat the ribs with chili, with a particular and delicious flavor. Ideal for when you have unexpected guests, as it is very demanding.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams pork rib
  • 3 pasilla chili peppers, soaked and deveined
  • 1 Coca Cola, 500 ml
  • 1/2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lard
  • 1/4 cups Water
  • salt, and pepper

Preparation

Season the ribs and sauté with the water, leave until all the water evaporates.
Add the butter and leave to brown.
Grind the chiles with the garlic and coca.
Add the ground sauce to the meat and leave to simmer until it finishes cooking and rectify the seasoning.

PRESENTATION

It can be accompanied with a white or red rice soup.

TIPS

If you want the sauce to be a bit thicker, you can add a cooked tomato when the sauce is liquefied.
