Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 kilo of beef rib
  • 1 onion slice in thick strips
  • 1 Cup of barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 of Cup of White flour
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1/4 of Cup of bee honey

    Preparation

    Put the ribs and onion in the Olla Express®.
    Mix for the sauce: barbecue, honey, flour and mustard; pour this over the ingredients in the pot. Cover it Cook everything over medium heat 1 hour.
    Remove the ribs from the Olla Express®; cover them to keep them warm. Remove the excess fat from the sauce; Put the ribs back in the sauce. Stir gently until everything is evenly covered.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with cooked hot rice plus a green cooked vegetable. Decorate with fresh chopped parsley just before serving.

    TIPS

    Cover and refrigerate any leftover meat in your sauce. When you are going to reheat, remove and discard the fat on the surface of the sauce.

    Una pregunta, se les pone algún líquido aparte del marinado??

    Buena receta y muy rica, pero siempre tengo que apagarlas a la media hora por que huele a quemado y la salsa termina negra pegada en el fondo de la olla. Que puedo hacer?
