Grind the chilies, garlic, green tomato, salt, pepper, and water in a food processor until well blended. Add the cilantro and grind a few more seconds. You can use a blender.
Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion for 5 minutes until it is clear. Add green tomato sauce and cumin. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Pepper.
Add the pork crackling and the nopales, cover the saucepan and continue simmering for 10 minutes until it becomes soft.
