Ingredients

4 servings
  • 8 pieces of tomato
  • 1/2 piece of onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 4 pieces of guajillo chili pepper without the seeds
  • 1 piece of serrano pepper without the tail
  • enough of oil
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 4 cups of pork rind
  • to taste of cambray onion in hoops
  • to taste of avocado in cubes
  • to taste of coriander

    Preparation

    In a pot with boiling water, cook the tomatoes with onion, garlic, and chilies until soft. Drain
    Blend the cooked vegetables until a sauce and fry in a pot with oil for about 15 minutes, season with salt and pepper, add the pork rind and incorporate well.
    Serve the chicharróns and decorate with cambray onion rings, avocado, and colantro. Also serve with beans and corn tortillas.
