Delicious Mexican recipe of fried gorditas made with corn dough stuffed with fried pork rinds, served with cilantro, onion and cheese. This dish is ideal for your parties, everyone will love it.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup pork rind, pressing
  • 1/2 kilos corn dough
  • 2 cups lard, to fry
  • 1/2 cups fresh cheese, fallen apart
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped, to serve
  • 1/2 cups fresh coriander, finely chopped, to serve
  • to taste green sauce, To accompany

Preparation

Heat a frying pan over medium heat add the white onion and cook until softened, add the pork rind and cook for 10 minutes. Chill and reserve.
Form balls of dough, make a hole in the center and fill with pork crackling. Flatten the dough to make the chubby, form a circle of 8 cm in diameter.
Heat a small pot with the lard, fry the gorditas until they brown. Remove the gorditas and drain on absorbent paper.
Cut the chubby in half stuffed with cheese, onion and cilantro. Serve with salsita. Enjoy

Les voy a dar una receta para estas gorditas. 1/2 kilo de masca 1/4 kilo de harina de trigo 2 cucharadas copeteadas de royal 1 cucharada rasa de sal. Agua la necesaria. Se mezclan los ingredientes y se amasa tiene que quedar una consistencia cono la masa de maíz ya preparada para usarse. Se deja reposar unas dos horas la masa tapada con una servilleta (no se para que sirve pero da resultado) 😬😬😬😬😬😬 Pasado el tiempo se preparan las gorditas de la misma manera que las de masa Son deliciosas. Esta misma masa sirve para preparar quesadillas. 🌻Que ustedes la guisen bien 🌻
