Cut the beef into pieces. Mix the dressing, beer, salt, pepper and lemon juice in a bowl. Add the meat and cover well, refrigerate covered for 1 hour to marinate. Remove, drain and discard the marinade.
Mix the flour, pepper and chili powder in another bowl, gradually add the meat in pieces, covering them on all sides and place on a large plate.
Heat the oil in a large skillet, add the pieces of meat in batches, cook 12 to 15 minutes until they are well browned and cooked completely. Pass the cooked meat in a baking dish, cover with aluminum foil and heat in the oven for 10 minutes before serving.
