These pork tacos a la mexicana are very rich and easy to make. Perfect for a homemade and practical meal that everyone will enjoy.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/4 pork rind, Crushed
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1/2 onions
  • 6 serrano chiles, or chile de uña de picho
  • salt
  • 18 tortillas
  • 1/4 cabbages, chopped and disinfected
  • 6 radishes, in slices washed and disinfected
  • oil

Preparation

Wash the tomatoes and chop them in squares, with the onion and the chilies in slices.
Put in a saucepan the oil necessary to fry the ingredients that you chop and put salt.
Once seasoned put the pork rind in the tomato and put a little water. Once this softie goes out.
Put the pork rinds on top and top with the cabbage and radishes.

PRESENTATION

Put the taco of pork rind on a plate and add the cabbage and radishes.
