Nutritious freshly cooked pot beans with chorizo, different and rich especially for the little ones. I invite you to prepare it and enjoy it as much as I do.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos bean
  • 3 strips sausage
  • 1/2 onions
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 garlic

Preparation

The beans are soaked one night in advance. The next day they are cooked with enough water in your pressure cooker, if not in the way you prefer, already cooked, add the salt and let it boil a while longer.
Chop the onion, tomato, garlic, and leave everything separated.
You fry the chorizo already in pieces not with a lot of oil and fried, add the onion and garlic, fry this for 5 minutes, after this time mix the tomato and fry another 5 minutes covered in your house and low heat. Make your house big and then add the beans and boil for 5 more minutes.
Serve the beans warm and serve with freshly bought tortillas.

TIPS

I recommend that you buy Spanish chorizo from the BAFAR brand, it is not so spicy and it is more meat than fat.
