Nutritious pot beans freshly cooked with chorizo, different and rich especially for the kids. I invite you to prepare it since you enjoy it as much as I do.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 kilo of bean
  • 3 strips of sausage
  • 1/2 piece of onion
  • 3 pieces of tomato
  • 1 piece of garlic

    Preparation

    The beans are soaked with a night of anticipation. The next day they cook with enough water in your pressure cooker, if not in the way you prefer, cooked add the salt and let them boil a little longer.
    Chop the onion, the tomato, the garlic, and leave everything separated.
    You fry the chorizo ​​already in pieces not with much oil and fried add the onion and garlic, fry this for 5 minutes, after this time mix the tomato and fry another 5 minutes covered your casserole and low heat. Let your casuela be big and then add the beans and boil for 5 more minutes.
    Serve the warm beans and accompany them with freshly purchased tortillas.

    TIPS

    I recommend that you buy Spanish chorizo ​​from the BAFAR brand, it is not as spicy and it is more meat than fat.
