Ingredients

4 servings
  • 10 slices of bacon finely chopped
  • 1 sausage fallen apart
  • 3 spoonfuls of onion finely chopped

  • 2 güero ppeppers cut into slices
  • 1 Cup of Oaxaca cheese shredding
  • 1 package of Pan Pita Taquero Libanius® To accompany
  • 1 Chipotle Hummus and Cilantro Libanius® To accompany
  • to taste of salt and pepper

Preparation

In a pan over medium heat, fry the bacon with the sausage. Remove the excess fat and add the onion and ground beef, cook 5 minutes. Add the güero chili, season with salt and pepper.
