Ingredients

4 portions
  • 10 slices bacon, finely chopped
  • 1 sausage, fallen apart
  • 3 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup ground beef
  • 2 güero ppeppers, cut into slices
  • 1 cup Oaxaca cheese, shredding
  • 1 package Pan Pita Taquero Libanius®, To accompany
  • 1 Chipotle Hummus and Cilantro Libanius®, To accompany
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

In a pan over medium heat, fry the bacon with the sausage. Remove the excess fat and add the onion and ground beef, cook 5 minutes. Add the güero chili, season with salt and pepper.
Add the oaxaca cheese and cook for 3 min or until melted.
Heat the Libanius® pita bread in the microwave for 10 seconds. Fill with the previous preparation and roll in the form of chimichanga.
