Chimichangas with Hummus Mexicano de Chipotle y Cilantro

These chimichangas with Mexican chipotle and coriander hummus are totally different from what you've tried. Rich chimichangas made with pita bread, with a rich filling of ground pork, with chorizo ​​and bacon. Delicious!

Ingredients

  • 10 slices of bacon finely chopped
  • 1 piece of sausage fallen apart
  • 3 spoonfuls of onion finely chopped

  • 2 pieces of chile güero cut into slices
  • 1 Cup of Oaxaca cheese shredding
  • 1 package of Pan Pita Taquero Libanius® To accompany
  • 1 piece of Chipotle Hummus and Cilantro Libanius® To accompany

    Preparation

    In a pan over medium heat, fry the bacon with the sausage. Remove the excess fat and add the onion and ground beef, cook 5 minutes. Add the güero chili, season with salt and pepper.
