Ingredients

6 portions
  • 350 grams sausage, or longaniza
  • 4 cuaresmeño or jalapeño pepper
  • 500 grams tomtato
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • to taste salt

Preparation

Grill the chiles, onion and tomato until soft.
Remove the skin of the chorizo ​​or sausage and place it in a saucepan with the tablespoon of previously heated oil.
Remove the burnt skin that chiles and tomatoes may have. Blend the chilies, tomatoes, onion and garlic. Trying that they do not grind 100%, to give the appearance of molcajete.
