Preparation
Cut the potatoes into small squares of 1 centimeter, then put them to boil about 5 minutes or until they are ready. Drain and reserve.
Take the meat of the chorizo in crumbs and put it in the hot pan without oil, let it cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add the potatoes, oregano and salt to the same pan where the chorizo is cooked and let them cook for another 5 minutes.
Serve chorizo with potatoes on toast.
