The chorizo ​​with potato is a popular Mexican stew, I present an alternative to serve chorizo ​​toast with potato.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 2 potatoes, big
  • 1 pound sausage
  • 2 tablespoons ground oregano
  • salt, to taste
  • 12 fried or toasted corn tortilla

Preparation

Cut the potatoes into small squares of 1 centimeter, then put them to boil about 5 minutes or until they are ready. Drain and reserve.
Take the meat of the chorizo ​​in crumbs and put it in the hot pan without oil, let it cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add the potatoes, oregano and salt to the same pan where the chorizo ​​is cooked and let them cook for another 5 minutes.
