Ingredients

  • 100 grams of sausage fried and crumbled
  • 250 grams of Oaxaca cheese shredded
  • black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • 1/4 of onion finely chopped

    Preparation

    Smoke the onion in a pan with the butter, add the sausage. Once mixed remove from the pan and set aside.
    Lightly oil 1 refractory, add the cheese and half of the sausage. Cover the refractory with aluminum foil and put on a low heat until the cheese starts to melt (approximately 3 minutes). Uncover and cook another 2 minutes or until the cheese melts completely. Put the remaining chorizo ​​on top of the cheese.
    Serve hot with flour tortillas so everyone can prepare their tacos. It can also be served with a spicy Mexican sauce.
