Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo nopal
  • 1/2 kilos sausage
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 3 serrano peppers
  • 1 garlic
  • to taste salt

Preparation

Cook the chopped nopales with the garlic and a little water when they are fully cooked. Drain and reserve.
Finely chop the onion, tomato and serrano chiles and reserve.
Put the chorizo ​​to fry in pieces of the size of your choice when it is well browned and without removing the fat that you loose add the boiled and drained nopales cover the pan and leave 5 minutes to mix the flavors.
Add the onion, the tomato, the chile serrano and the salt.
Stir and cover again over medium heat, leave 5 more minutes and go.

PRESENTATION

Serve it in an extended dish you can accompany it with refried beans and a few sprigs of coriander.
