The flutes are a dish that can be made with many fillings. These are stuffed with potato with chorizo ​​which is a delicious filling!

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 250 grams sausage, of Turkey
  • 12 corn tortillas, big
  • 2 potatoes

Preparation

Cook the potatoes in a pot with water and salt. When they are ready they are removed, peeled and with a fork they are plated to make a puree.
Put a frying pan with oil.
Once hot the onion is added. Fry for a while.
Then add the chorizo, once cooked, add the cooked potatoes.
Incorporate well until everything is stirred.
The flutes are formed and if necessary they stop with a toothpick so that they do not fall apart.
Fry in a pan with oil.
