Ingredients

6 servings
  • 3/4 of Cup of pancake flour for banderillas
  • 3/4 of Cup of wheat flour for banderillas
  • 1/2 Cup of mineral water for banderillas
  • 2 pieces of egg for banderillas
  • 6 pieces of sausage
  • 2 cups of oil to fry
  • 1/4 of piece of onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped
  • 5 pieces of corn shelled
  • 2 cups of Water for the esquites
  • to taste of Salt
  • 1 branch of epazote
  • to taste of Mayonnaise To accompany
  • to taste of fresh cheese To accompany
  • to taste of green lemon To accompany
  • to taste of pequin pepper To accompany

    Preparation

    For the banderillas, mix the ingredients of the banderillas in a bowl and beat for 3 minutes, until you have a homogeneous mixture.
    Insert the sausages into skewer sticks.
    Heat the oil over medium heat, submerge the banderillas in the previous mixture and fry for 5 minutes until they have a golden color, drain on absorbent paper and reserve.
    For the esquites, heat the oil under the heat, add the onion, garlic, corn and cook for 7 minutes.
    Add the water, epazote and cook for 10 more minutes until the corn is cooked, let reduce.
    Serve the banderillas with the esquites and serve with mayonnaise, cheese, chili piquin and lemon
