Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams puff pastry
  • 10 sausages
  • 3 eggs
  • 15 slices bacon
  • 50 grams Dijon mustard
  • 3 pinches black pepper
  • 2 red peppers
  • 100 milliliters tomato sauce
  • 20 grams chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

Preparation

Cut the sausage into quarters and top with bacon. Cover with mustard and season.
Stretch the puff pastry dough, cut rectangles of 8 by 4 centimeters, these have to be 1 centimeter thick. Wrap the sausages with these strips.
Break the eggs in a bowl, beat them lightly, with these you will paste and varnish the sausages.
Form a crown by uniting the sausages on one side. Bake at 200 ° C for 25 minutes.
Decorate the crown with the pepper cut into a bun. Grind the tomato sauce with the chipotle chile, use this sauce as an accompaniment to the dish.
