Cravings for banderillas? We present an original and fun option to prepare them, with their fun spiral shape and rolled puff pastry, you will conquer the smallest of the house, and the best thing is that they are super easy to prepare.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 10 sausages
  • 1 cup flour, to extend
  • 300 grams puff pastry
  • 2 cups oil, to fry
  • to taste ketchup
  • to taste yellow cheese
  • to taste mustard
  • to taste mayonnaise

Preparation

On a board with the help of a small knife, cut the sausages into a spiral shape, insert a banderilla stick, taking care not to break them.
On a floured surface, spread the puff pastry with a thickness of 3 mm, cut strips approximately 20 cm long.
Roll the puff pastry on the banderilla through the spaces of the sausages.
Heat the oil over medium heat, fry the banderillas for 3 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
Serve with yellow cheese, mustard, mayonnaise and ketchup.

PRESENTATION

On a basket, accompanied by French fries.

TIPS

Before frying the banderillas, freeze for 10 minutes, in this way the puff pastry will be firmer and maintain its shape better.
