Preparation
On a board with the help of a small knife, cut the sausages into a spiral shape, insert a banderilla stick, taking care not to break them.
On a floured surface, spread the puff pastry with a thickness of 3 mm, cut strips approximately 20 cm long.
Roll the puff pastry on the banderilla through the spaces of the sausages.
Heat the oil over medium heat, fry the banderillas for 3 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
Serve with yellow cheese, mustard, mayonnaise and ketchup.
