Preparation
Heat the pan to mark the sirloin on all sides. When ready, reserve the sirloin and preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Sauté the garlic with a little oil. Once they are golden brown, remove from the heat and add the wine little by little. Put back over the fire to boil the wine.
Hydrate the cornstarch in the glass of water and add to the pan after the wine boils 5 minutes. As soon as it is thick, remove it from the fire.
Place the sirloin steak in the oven for 5 to 8 minutes depending on the taste of the meat of each one.
Sauté for about 7-8 minutes in a pan with a little olive oil Padrón peppers.
