This recipe of pork tenderloin is ideal to consume at midday meal accompanied by a first with pasta, rice, couscous; with higher content of complex carbohydrates. If this pork tenderloin is consumed at dinner, it could be accompanied by a starter such as a salad or accompany the dish with a baked potato.


4 portions
  • 2 pork sirloin, big
  • 1 bell pepper, from Padrón
  • 1 glass white wine
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/3 glasses Water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Heat the pan to mark the sirloin on all sides. When ready, reserve the sirloin and preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Sauté the garlic with a little oil. Once they are golden brown, remove from the heat and add the wine little by little. Put back over the fire to boil the wine.
Hydrate the cornstarch in the glass of water and add to the pan after the wine boils 5 minutes. As soon as it is thick, remove it from the fire.
Place the sirloin steak in the oven for 5 to 8 minutes depending on the taste of the meat of each one.
Sauté for about 7-8 minutes in a pan with a little olive oil Padrón peppers.

El pimiento de Padrón es un pimiento verde muy rico de Galicia, en España. Puedes sustituirlo por otro pimiento verde, salteado, frito o asado. Que aproveche :P
