The Oriental food is very delicious, and here a very easy to make, to more delicious. The meat can be substituted for the one you like best, I mainly love pork.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1/2 kilo of pork tenderloin in Little pieces
  • 1 Cup of flour
  • 1 onion filleted
  • 1 Red bell pepper cut in julienne
  • 1 yellow bell pepper cut in julienne
  • 1 green bell pepper cut in julienne
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 1/2 Cup of sugar
  • 3 spoonfuls of cornstarch (cornstarch)
  • 2 spoonfuls of Apple vinager or white
  • 1 Cup of pineapple juice
  • 4 spoonfuls of ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of ground ginger
  • 2 spoonfuls of soy
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

    Preparation

    Season the meat and then flour it. In a pan with a little oil sauté the meat.
    Once cooked the meat add the peppers and sauté without overcooking them, reserve.
    For the sauce, in a saucepan pour the water, add the sugar and mix until dissolved.
    Dissolve the starch of corn in 4 tbsp of cold water, after this dissolved add it and mix it until it starts to thicken to low flame
    Add vinegar, pineapple juice and capsup.
    Season with ginger and soy sauce.

    PRESENTATION

    In an extended plate, of any material of your preference (I always do it when I put it on a wooden plate), put all the garnish of meat and in the middle put the sauce in a sauceboat.

    TIPS

    Do not stir everything, so if someone wants only meat and peppers, he can do it. If the sauce wants it to look more red or of another color add a few drops of vegetable paint.
