Preparation
Cook the meat in an express pot with garlic, onion and salt to taste let cool and shred.
Cook the tomato with the serrano, blend with garlic, onion, cilantro season in a pan with little oil, season well and add the pork.
Apart form the tacos with the hot tortillas and the mixture of the meat.
Apart slightly beat the egg with milk and a little chicken powder, incorporate well.
Pass the tacos through the egg mixture and place in a pan with hot oil and fry until golden brown.
Once prepared, place your tacos in a platter and serve with green sauce.
