Tacos of the Grandmother

These tacos are in memory of my husband's grandmother. With this prescription you will end up sucking your fingers.

Ingredients

20 portions
  • 500 grams Pork Meat, to thrash
  • 500 grams green tomato
  • serrano peppers, to taste
  • fresh coriander, to taste
  • 2 garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 corn tortillas
  • 150 milliliters milk
  • oils, to fry, the necessary
  • bouillon powder, to taste

Preparation

Cook the meat in an express pot with garlic, onion and salt to taste let cool and shred.
Cook the tomato with the serrano, blend with garlic, onion, cilantro season in a pan with little oil, season well and add the pork.
Apart form the tacos with the hot tortillas and the mixture of the meat.
Apart slightly beat the egg with milk and a little chicken powder, incorporate well.
Pass the tacos through the egg mixture and place in a pan with hot oil and fry until golden brown.
Once prepared, place your tacos in a platter and serve with green sauce.

TIPS

If you like spicy you could prepare the sauce to bathe them with habanero and add a different flavor!
