Ingredients

4 portions
  • 600 grams pork tenderloin, cut into cubes
  • 2 yellow bell peppers, cut into cubes
  • 2 red peppers, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 pineapples, cut into cubes
  • 1 red onion, cut into cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups tamarind pulp, sweetened
  • 1 chipotle chili, tin
  • 1 tablespoon chicken consommé
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 pinch oil

Preparation

Form the skewers by inserting the meat, peppers, pineapple and purple onion into the chopsticks.
In a griddle or pan, add a little oil and fry the skewers on both sides until the meat is cooked.
For the sauce: Blend the pulp with the rest of the ingredients.
Accompany the skewers with the sauce and offer.

PRESENTATION

Place the skewers with a little tamarind sauce.

TIPS

If you marinate the meat before with a little lemon juice you will give a special touch to the stew.
