Ingredients

6 servings
  • 2 tablespoons of Knorr® Beef Broth granulated
  • 1 1/2 kilos of ground beef lean cut
  • 50 grams of blue cheese
  • 1/2 red onion finely chopped
  • 1/8 of teaspoon of black pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 1/4 of bunch of parsley finely chopped
  • 50 milliliters of vegetable oil
  • 12 portobello mushrooms
  • 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons of Real Mayonnaise Hellmann's®
  • 3 leaves of escarole lettuce
  • 1 beefsteak tomato cut into slices

Preparation

Season the meat with Knorr® Sabor Res Broth. Add the blue cheese, onion, pepper, garlic and parsley.
Form burgers with 250 grams of the mixture and fry in little oil on both sides until golden brown.
Cook the mushrooms on both sides in a pan. Spread Real Hellmann's® Mayonnaise in each portobello and place over the hamburger, lettuce, tomato slices and finish with another portobello fungus. It serves.
