Preparation
Heat ½ can of evaporated milk with water and chicken broth cube 40% less fat until the first boil.
Turn off the fire. Add the mashed potato flakes and mix.
For the sauce: liquefy the rest of the evaporated milk with the chipotle chili, the corn starch and the dadp seasoning flavor onion garlic.
Heat the sauce until it thickens a little while moving constantly to avoid sticking.
Form balls with the mashed potatoes, place a little chicken in the center and insert 3 balls into the skewer sticks.
Heat a frying pan and cook on both sides until they are cooked and browned. Serve them bathed with chipotle sauce.
