Preparation
Heat ½ can of evaporated milk with the water and the 40% less fat chicken bouillon cube until it comes to a boil.
Put out the fire. Add the mashed potato flakes and mix.
For the sauce: blend the rest of the evaporated milk with the chipotle chili, the cornstarch and the onion garlic flavoring dadp.
Heat the sauce until it thickens a bit, stirring constantly to avoid sticking.
Form balls with the puree, place a little chicken in the center and insert 3 balls into the skewer sticks.
Heat a skillet and cook on both sides until cooked and golden. Serve by bathing them with the chipotle sauce.
