Preparation
In a bowl beat the egg with a little salt and bread the meat passing through the egg and the bread crumble.
Heat a pan with the oil and fry the breaded meat until crispy, remove from cooking and place on a plate with absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
Open the cemitas in half and place the breaded meat, stuffed with the cheese, pápalo herb, avocado, onion and chipotle pepper. Serve and enjoy.
