Preparation
Marina the rabbit during a whole night previously clean with half of the chopped vegetables, salted bay leaf.
Separate the rabbit and spread flour on it until a thin layer is obtained.
Sprinkle and fry with two tablespoons of oil until you get a golden color.
Remove and separate.
Season and sauté the remaining vegetables by placing the wine and vegetables used for marinating.
Add the finely chopped tomato in cubes and let cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the meat stock and heat.
Add the rabbit to the mixture and wait for it to be at its point.
Remove and serve.
