A delicious recipe for tenderloin, easy to prepare with an exquisite homemade flavor, that will surprise children and adults for its smooth flavor.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 kilos of pork tenderloin
  • 100 grams of almond
  • 100 grams of olive
  • 100 grams of bacon
  • 1 Cup of fruit wine red
  • aromatic herbs
  • Salt
  • 200 grams of raspberry
  • 2 spoonfuls of sugar
  • black pepper

    Preparation

    Season the meat to taste, with salt, pepper and herbs, let stand for 10 min.
    Then wick with the olives, almonds and bacon, put in the refractory to bake and add the wine and cover with aluminum foil, let stand 10 more minutes.
    Bake for 2:15 hr, with a temperature of 200 ° C, after this time, remove the foil and leave 15min more. Subsequently remove from heat and strain the juice.
    Put the juice in a saucepan over low heat, add the fruits (raspberry) and sugar, to obtain the red sauce.
    Slice the loin and serve with the red sauce.

    PRESENTATION

    It can be accompanied with a mash of baked potatoes or vegetables.

    TIPS

    Preheat the oven for 10 min at 200 ºC.
