Since I tried this recipe for chicken pipian, I do it very often because everyone likes it and is very easy to prepare.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 chicken breasts, pitted
  • 1/2 cups almond, unpeeled
  • 6 guajillo chilies
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 liters milk
  • 250 milliliters chicken soup
  • 1 Cube chicken bouillon
  • 1/4 cups toasted sesame seeds

Preparation

Season the breasts with salt and pepper. Heat butter and seal the breasts until golden on both sides. Remove from the pan and reserve.
Soak the chiles in hot water for a while. Drain the water and remove the seeds of the peppers. Blend the chilies with the almonds and milk to make the sauce. Season the bouillon in powder to taste.
Put the breasts in a refractory, cover with the sauce and put in the oven at 200ºC, for 25 minutes. To toast the sesame, put it in a pan, put on the fire moving carefully so that it does not burn for about 3 minutes and remove immediately. To serve sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.

TIPS

It is rich accompanied with white rice and some tortillas.
