Preparation
In a hot pan, the oil fry the pepper and the onion in 1 cm squares.
Add a tablespoon of chicken broth powder, when it begins to brown add the chopped garlic , and the shredded chorizo, let fry until the chorizo is well cooked.
Remove the mixture from the heat and put in a separate bowl.
In the same pan, cook the beef steak with salt and pepper to taste until it is cooked to medium.
Remove the steak from the heat and cut into cubes about 1 cm x 1 cm.
Mix all the ingredients again in the pan and let season for 5 minutes.
Serve on a bed of rice.
