Ingredients

4 portions
  • 396 grams Prego® Salsa with Meat
  • 500 grams beef, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 tablespoons carrot, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons garlic, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons red bell pepper, chopped
  • 12 cannelloni
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Fry the meat with hot oil until browned, add the vegetables and fry for two more minutes. Add ¾ cups of Prego sauce with meat, mix and remove from heat.
Fill the cannelloni with the mixture from the previous step, place them in a refractory and bathe them with the rest of the Prego® Sauce with Meat, cover them with the cheese, cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15 more minutes until the cheese is melted and the pasta is cooked.
Remove them from the oven and serve them.
