6 portions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, cold pressed
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped in thirds, for sauce
  • 1 white onion, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 bunches fresh coriander
  • 2 morita chili peppers
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 1 kilo tomato, cut in quarters
  • 1 cup Vegetables soup
  • 3 cups beef, cooked and shucked
  • 2 eggs, smoothie
  • 1 cup flour, coconut
  • 1/4 cups coconut oil

Heat a pan over medium heat with the olive oil and cook the garlic and white onion until they are clear. Add the cilantro with everything and stem, the morita pepper, season with salt and cumin, add the green tomato and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the vegetable broth, let it boil and cook 10 more minutes. Remove from heat, cool and liquefy perfectly.
In a bowl, unite the shredded meat with the egg and the coconut flour. Form perfectly compressed pancakes and reserve.
Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the coconut oil and fry the pancakes until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper and serve with the sauce.

Serve the pancakes bathed in green sauce and a little cilantro.

Discard the meat as thin as possible so that it compresses well at the time of making the pancakes and remain incredible.

Me parece muy buena. Solo que el aceite de coco tiene el sabor muy fuerte. Yo lo cambiaría por otro.
