For lovers of baby back ribs, we leave you with this incredible recipe of marinated beef ribs with mashed sugar, garlic and chilli powder, accompanied by a delicious 3-chilli sauce that makes the perfect combination. They are super juicy, try them!

  • 1/4 of Cup of chilli powder to marinate
  • 3 spoonfuls of ground pepper to marinate
  • 3 spoonfuls of garlic finely chopped, to marinate
  • 1/4 of Cup of raw sugar to marinate
  • 2 spoonfuls of onion powder to marinate
  • 1/2 Cup of olive oil to marinate
  • 2 kilos of beef rib
  • 1/4 of Cup of sea salt
  • 3 spoonfuls of vegetable oil for marinade and to seal the ribs
  • 1 piece of White onion cut into pieces, for marinade
  • 7 cloves of garlic for marinade
  • 1 piece of tomato cut in eighths
  • 1 piece of tomato cut into pieces
  • 5 pieces of ancho chili pepper clean and seedless for marinade
  • 10 pieces of chipotle chile pepper clean and seedless for marinade
  • 5 pieces of morita chile pepper clean and seedless for marinade
  • 1 teaspoonful of fat pepper for marinade
  • 1 teaspoonful of cumin for marinade
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of clove for marinade
  • 1/4 of piece of cinnamon stick slices for marinade
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano for marinade
  • 1/4 of Cup of Apple vinager for marinade
  • 1 Cup of dark beer for marinade
  • 1 pinch of Salt for marinade
  • 4 pieces of corn to bake with the ribs, cut in half
  • enough of olive oil
  • to taste of salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    Place the ribs in a bowl and add the chilli powder, pepper, garlic, sugar, onion and olive oil, completely cover the ribs on both sides and marina in refrigeration for 20 minutes.

    For the sauce, in the same pan heat the rest of the oil, cook the onion, garlic, tomato, tomato until they soften, add the chilies, pepper, cumin, cloves, cinnamon, oregano, apple cider vinegar and dark beer, season to your liking and cook moving constantly, until the liquid is almost completely reduced, remove the preparation and cool slightly.
    Blend the sauce for 3 minutes until it is smooth, divide the sauce in two and reserve.
    Strain half of the sauce you reserved and cook in a pot over medium heat for 10 minutes or until thick.
    On a tray with aluminum foil colan the ribs and cover with the sauce that you did not cook, close the aluminum foil, place the corn and season with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake for about an hour, occasionally turning the ears of corn.
    Remove from the oven, cut the ribs and serve with the corn and remaining sauce.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the ribs with the corn and 3 chilli sauce.
