This recipe is a simple and delicious way to cook the beef rib; It has very few ingredients but with a great essence and flavor that make this dish a very good option. Accompany these ribs of beef to the garlic with a salad, steamed vegetables with a little butter or guasacaca.

Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1/2 kilos beef rib
  • 2 heads garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt

Preparation

Wash the rib.
Wash, peel and crush the garlic.
Season the rib with salt and garlic.
Let marinate for 1/2 hour.
Place the beef rib in a baking pan with grill.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Place the rib in the oven for 1 hour.
Remove the rib from the oven and let it stand.

PRESENTATION

Serve the rib on a plate and decorate the outline of the plate with dried oregano. Accompany this delicacy with yucca and some type of salsa of your choice such as guasacaca (guasacaca is a typical Venezuelan sauce made with avocado).

TIPS

You can add other seasonings like parsley to season the beef rib.
