Pork ribs prepared with apricot jam to give them a sweet touch.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 kilos pork rib
  • 1/2 liters ketchup
  • 250 grams apricot jam
  • 3 tablespoons English sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Maggi juice

Preparation

Mix the ketchup, jam, English sauce, soy sauce and Maggie juice.
Once this all mixed, it is added to the previously washed pork ribs. Marinate one to two hours in the refrigerator.
The ribs are put in a refractory covered with aluminum foil and put in the oven about 40 minutes to an hour.

TIPS

Watch the ribs to avoid burning, since the sauce can be caramelized very easily.
