Ingredients

14 servings
  • 1 piece of roast beef or entrecote, clean (2 to 3 kg)
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 Cup of bacon finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of White onion finely chopped
  • 2 cups of cremini mushroom filleting
  • 1/2 Cup of White wine
  • 1/4 of Cup of beef broth
  • 1/4 of Cup of evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups of Nestle media creama
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    In a tray place the Roast Beef and season with salt and pepper.
    Heat your T-fal® Hard Titanium + Frying pan over medium heat, when the red dot (Thermo-spot) is completely red, seal the Roast Beef on all sides until it looks golden brown. Return the Roast beef to a tray and cover with foil, bake for 40 minutes or until well cooked.
    In the same pan add the bacon, cook until golden brown, add the garlic, white onion, mushrooms, white wine, beef broth, evaporated milk and half cream season with thyme, salt and white pepper to your liking
    Remove the roast beef from the oven and rest so that it does not drain, on a board cut the roast beef into thin slices and serve on a plate with the creamy mushroom sauce.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with the sauce and accompany with wine and slices of bread.

    TIPS

    Roast beef is the top of the loin, it can be roasted or baked, to see if it is already cooked, check the internal temperature that should be between 40 ° to 50 ° C.
