Roast Beef with Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Cook this delicious baked roast beef full of flavor and the perfect term, served with a creamy mushroom sauce with a touch of white wine and fresh thyme. The combination of flavors and juicy meat will fascinate you.

Ingredients

  • 1 piece of roast beef or entrecote, clean (2 to 3 kg)
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • 1 Cup of bacon finely chopped
  • 2 teeth of Garlic finely chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of White onion finely chopped
  • 2 cups of cremini mushroom filleted
  • 1/2 Cup of White wine
  • 1/4 of Cup of beef broth
  • 1/4 of Cup of evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups of half cream
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    In a tray place the Roast Beef and season with salt and pepper.
    Heat your Hard Titanium + T-fal® Skillet over medium heat, when the red dot (Thermo-spot) is completely red, seal the Roast Beef on all sides until it looks golden brown. Return the roast beef to a tray and cover with foil, bake for 40 minutes or until well cooked.
    In the same pan add the bacon, cook until golden, add the garlic, the white onion, the mushrooms, the white wine, the beef broth, the evaporated milk and the half cream season with the thyme, salt and white pepper to your liking
    Remove the roast beef from the oven and rest it so that it does not dislodge, on a short board the roast beef in thin slices and serve on a plate with the creamy mushroom sauce.

    PRESENTATION
