Preparation
We start by preheating the oven to 180ºC. We pepper the chicken and in the same tray we put the twigs of thyme and the garlic. To the garlic we will give them a blow and we will leave them with the skin. Sprinkle with the oil on top and introduce the chicken in the oven for 60 minutes.
While we squeeze lemon and a half, and the other half we make thin slices to decorate the dishes. In a saucepan heat the honey and lemon juice, mix well and we are going to paint the chicken with this mixture every 15 minutes
After the time, strain the sauce that has been on the tray and serve the warm chicken, with sauce on top and a slice of lemon to decorate
