  • 1 clove garlic, roasted
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 chicken, 1.5 kilos approximately, with skin and clean
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 3 cups potato cambray, cut in half
  • 2 cups sausage, cocktail
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • to taste pickled jalapeño pepper, To accompany
  • to taste tortilla, To accompany
  • to taste fried potato, To accompany
  • to taste sauce, mashed, to accompany
  • to taste lemon, To accompany

Preparation

Preheat oven to 220 ° C (428F)
In a bowl, mash the butter softened with the roasted garlic and add the onion powder, the oregano, the cumin and the paprika. Spread the prepared butter on the chicken.
On a tray or gridded dish place the chicken, add the potatoes with sausages, season with salt and pepper to your liking, bathe with olive oil. Reserve.
Bake for 30 minutes at 220 ° C(428F) remove from oven and rub again with the cooked juices, bake 40 minutes more at 180 ° C (356F)or until well cooked. Serve with chiles in vinegar and tortillas; enjoy
