  • 1 clove of garlic roasted
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • 1 piece of chicken 1.5 kilos approximately, with skin and clean
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 3 cups of cambray potato cut in half
  • 2 cups of sausage cocktail
  • 1/4 of Cup of olive oil
  • to taste of pickled jalapeño pepper To accompany
  • to taste of tortilla To accompany
  • to taste of French fries To accompany
  • to taste of sauce mashed, to accompany
  • to taste of green lemon To accompany

    Preparation

    Preheat oven to 220 ° C (428F)
    In a bowl, mash the butter softened with the roasted garlic and add the onion powder, the oregano, the cumin and the paprika. Spread the prepared butter on the chicken.
