Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 chicken, full
  • 4 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons dry chicken broth or bouillon
  • 3 tablespoons garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons thyme, powdered

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees centigrade.
Wash the chicken and dry very well.
Mix the spices and cover the chicken with them.
Place the chicken in a tray with roasting racks.
Bake for 2 hours or until the chicken is very crispy on the outside.
Remove from the oven, cut the pieces and serve.

PRESENTATION

It can also be served whole for a more professional presentation.

TIPS

Organic or small chickens taste better.
