Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 piece of chicken full
  • 4 spoonfuls of Salt
  • 2 spoonfuls of chicken broth powder
  • 3 spoonfuls of garlic salt
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 2 spoonfuls of thyme powdered

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 250 degrees centigrade.
    Wash the chicken and dry very well.
    Mix the spices and cover the chicken with them.
    Place the chicken in a tray with roasting racks.
    Bake for 2 hours or until the chicken is very crispy on the outside.
    Remove from the oven, cut the pieces and serve.
