  • 1 tablespoon oregano, dry
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 chicken, with skin, clean and open and butterfly (1.5 kg) (3.3lbs)

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C (428°F)
