Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 kilo beef brisket
  • 1/2 onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 leaves bay
  • 3 tomatoes, diced and seedless
  • 1/2 red onions, finely cut
  • 6 radishes, diced
  • 3 serrano chiles, finely chopped, seedless
  • 3 tablespoons fresh coriander
  • 1/4 butterhead lettuces, cut into strips
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • tostada corn, To accompany
  • avocado, To accompany
  • 1 pinch oregano

Preparation

Yo a las tostadas les agrego frijoles,no revuelto obvio,a la tostada le pongo una untada de frijol y encima el salpicón y la verdad quedan riquísimas
