Preparation
Chop the sausage and put it in a large pan. Add the onion; cook until the sausage is browned, stirring frequently. Drain it Transfer the mixture to the pressure cooker.
Add tomatoes, peppers and tomato puree; mix everything well. Incorporate the beans; cover the pot. Cook at low temperature for 35 minutes.
Wait until the pressure cooker cools, remove the lid. Season with herbs, salt and pepper. Cook at HIGH temperature for 10 min no longer covering the Pot; stir Serve the chili with the cheese on top.
