Preparation
We put the lentils to soak the night before. The next day, we pour them without water in a casserole with the onion, the chopped parsley, the bay leaf, the garlic, salt and a jet of crude oil.
We add water and put them to cook, adding the sausages to half cooked. If the sausages are red, you do not need paprika.
After the cooking time of the lentils, add a little breadcrumbs, leaving them to cook for about 20 minutes but on very low heat. Let rest.
When serving, remove the laurel, onion and garlic that previously had been thrown whole.
Serve with the chopped sausages.
