Preparation
The sausage is taken and from one end two transversal cuts are made until half of the sausage, in this way the extremities of the octopus are simulated. The salchipulpos are fried until they have a golden color.
It is placed inside a plate with the French fries and the two sausages cut are placed extiendondolas so that it takes the shape of an octopus.
You can put some points for your eyes and mouth with ketchup and you have a delicious lunch ready for your children.
