Ingredients

6 portions
  • 300 grams green tomato
  • 100 grams white onion
  • 50 grams garlic
  • 100 grams jalapeno pepper
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • 200 grams Swiss cheese
  • 500 grams corn tortilla
  • vegetal oil
  • 300 grams chicken breast, boiled
  • enough Gouda cheese

Preparation

FOR THE GREEN SAUCE: In a pot boil the green tomato, onion, garlic and jalapeño peppers. When the vegetables are cooked, liquefy them along with the coriander. Add the Swiss cheese to the blender.
Fry the tortillas in hot oil for 2 minutes without browning or losing flexibility.
Fill the fried tortillas with boiled and shredded chicken. Close rolling up to form a tortilla roll or enchilada.
In an oven dish, place the filled tortilla rolls on top of each other until the mold is filled. Coat he vegetable sauce and Swiss cheese.
Top with grated gouda cheese. Bake in the oven until au gratin.

tips seria bueno que con cada receta dieran algún tip, por ejemplo en esta como hago para que la salsa de tomate no salga ácida porque aunque le agregue azúcar sigue ácida y luego sabe dulce
