Ingredients

2 portions
  • 400 grams pork, carré
  • 4 tablespoons garam masala
  • 2 yellow onions
  • 2 roasted red peppers, green
  • 10 skewer sticks
  • 250 grams yogurt
  • 1 lemon
  • peppermint

Preparation

Cut the carriage into thin strips of 10 cm long x 3 cm wide and marinate with the garam masala and oil for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Cut small cubes of onion and morron.
Moisten the bochette sticks in water so they do not burn during cooking.
Then, scrape the skewers by inserting a part of the cart with onion and morron, until the strip is finished (like a little vibrator).
Cook at low altitude and intense coals for 10 to 15 minutes on each side.
Serve with a yoghurt, lemon and mint sauce.
