Smoked Chops in Cream

Rich smoked chops in the oven with cream and potatoes cooked in layers in a baking dish.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 kilo pork chop, smoked
  • 3 potatoes
  • liters cream
  • 1 little box chicken bouillon cube, knorr
  • cups chicken soup
  • 1 onion
  • 2 squares garlic and onion, Maggi
  • 300 grams cheese
  • oils, necessary amount

Preparation

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Cut the potatoes into slices and pre-cook them in boiling salted water.
Seal the chops in a pan with a little oil.
Blend the cream with the chicken cube and a splash of chicken broth.
Bathe the chops with the cream and they are ready for the oven.
In a baking dish, arrange a layer of potatoes and onion marinated and a layer of chops and season with the garlic and onion cubes. Sprinkle with cheese and thus accommodate the layers that fit the refractory.
Cover with aluminum and put in the oven for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are well cooked.
Serve and accompany with spaghetti.
