Ingredients

4 portions
  • 680 grams Prego® Mushroom Sauce
  • 200 grams cambray potato, Cooked
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 800 grams pork tenderloin, smoked
  • 50 grams butter

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Sauté in a pan with melted butter the potatoes cut in half, add the parsley once browned and reserve.
In a refractory place the loin, the potatoes sliced in half and the Salsa Prego® Mushrooms.
Bake for half an hour, until the loin is lightly browned.
Serve hot and accompany with potatoes.
