Smoked Turkey Breast with Cheese and Gravy Sauce

The combination of smoked turkey breast with the sweetness of the sauce based on the Campbell's® Cream Cheese with a touch of green grapes will give the perfect flavor to accompany the dish.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 Turkey breast, without bone (approximately 700 g)
  • 1 clove garlic, to marinate turkey
  • 1 pinch cumin powder
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped, for the sauce
  • 1/2 white onions, finely chopped, for the sauce
  • 2 cups green grapes, cut in half, for the sauce and to decorate
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese, in cubes guys, for the sauce
  • 1 can Campbell's ® Cheese Cream, 420 g, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups Water, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups evaporated milk, for the sauce
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Tie the smoked turkey breast and reserve.
Mix the garlic, cumin powder, black pepper. In a marine bowl the smoked turkey breast for 15 minutes and reserve.
Heat a deep pan and add the oil, fry the breast until it gets a golden color. Pass the brisket with the marinade juice to a baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil so it does not dry out.
Bake for 20 minutes, take out and reserve.
For the sauce, in the same pan add the onion and garlic and cook until they have a brighter and transparent color. Add the green grapes and continue sautéing, add the cream cheese and wait for it to melt a little, mixing well.
Add the contents of the can of Campbell's® Cheese Cream and mix with the previous preparation. Add half a cup of water and half a cup of evaporated milk, cook for 10 minutes and rectify seasoning.
Serve breast with sauce and garnish with grapes.

PRESENTATION

Serve with the sauce and decorate with the grapes.

TIPS

Tie the turkey breast with hemp thread so that it retains a beautiful shape when serving the dish.
