Chamorro baked, very simple to prepare and economical. A dish with a lot of flavor since it is cooked with a paste of chili peppers that gives it a unique touch. Do not stop trying it.

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 pieces of chamorro of pork
  • 3 pieces of cascabel chili pepper
  • 3 pieces of guajillo chili pepper
  • 1 piece of pasilla chili pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • to taste of Salt
  • 1/8 of tablespoon of parsley
  • 250 grams of cambray potato for garnish
  • 250 grams of cambray onion precooked, for garnish
  • 200 grams of mushroom for garnish

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Boil the chiles in a pot. Until they are soft.
    Blend the chilies, garlic, parsley; until having a thick paste.
    On a sheet of aluminum foil, the chamorro spreads perfectly the chilli paste. Wrap it taking care that it is well sealed.
    Bake for 2 hrs.
    Uncover the chamorros and place them in a refractory with the onions, mushrooms and potatoes.
    Bake 30 more minutes. It serves.

    TIPS

    Wash the chamorro with cold water.
