Sopita Picosa of Lentils with Chorizo ​​and Vegetables

For lovers of lentils, this lentil soup is delicious. The caldito also rich, has a spicy touch and is accompanied by chips and spinach and rich pieces of chorizo, which make this soup a delicacy.

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of sausage
  • 1 can of Soup of lentils to the Mexican Campbell's ®
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 2 carrots peeled and diced
  • 1 potato peeled and diced

  • 1 twig of coriander to decorate
  • 1 Cup of Water

    Preparation

    In a pot over medium heat, cook the chorizo ​​for 5 minutes or until cooked. Remove excess fat.
