Ingredients

6 portions
  • 90 grams butter
  • 1 chicken breast, cut into small cubes
  • 1 onion, cut into small cubes
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup corn grain
  • 1 poblano pepper, cut into slices
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into slices
  • 500 milliliters cream
  • 500 grams spaghetti, Cooked
  • 1 cup manchego cheese, grated
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

In a pan add butter and brown the chicken.
Add salt and pepper to taste, when this golden add onion, garlic, corn and chopped peppers. Mix until all the vegetables are cooked.
Pour the cream and integrate.
Add the spaghetti and mix until everything is integrated.
Add the manchego cheese and let it rest until it melts. Remove from heat and serve.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with parsley.
